Keyboard is not working in Windows 10 VM converted from PM. I have a problem with keyboard in Windows 10 Virtual Machine working in VMware Fusion 10.1.1 t macOS High Sierra. Windows 10 VM is converted from PC laptop. In device manager state for PS/2 Keybord there is an nformation about not complete or damaged registry information for this device.
I just bought a new Dell XPS system with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I would like to be able to use my old PS2 keyboard but am unable to get it to work. Dell was no help at all. This keyboard worked fine on my old XPS gen 3 system with Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit. Is there any way I can use this keyboard on my 64-bit system?

Sorry—I could've explained better. What I meant was plugging your PS/2 keyboard into a USB adaptor, and then plugging that into the MiSTer. The KVM switch would be intercepting the keystrokes from the keyboard and presenting itself as a keyboard, so it could possibly work around the problem.

Add a comment. -4. 1- restart your computer. 2- press Delete button on keyboard so the CMOS setup utility screen will show up. 3-chosse the third option (integrated peripherals) 4-another screen will show up then choose ( USB keyboard support :turn it to enabled) 5- now press F10 to save it.
The machine does not start up properly. It reaches the image of the motherboard while booting and has a few options displayed. I am unable to input any choices with my keyboard. I tried another PS2 keyboard and that didn't work either. They are both working keyboards. The motherboard has a single PS2 port for a keyboard OR mouse.

As far as I know, you just run the PCSX2 until you got to the main menu, then in the menu bar choose Config > Gamepad Settings, it should automatically pick your keyboard up as Gamepad.0 (Player One). IMHO the default layout is pretty logical, though you can of course rebind everything by clicking on the button name
